We often receive emails from customers who have misplaced or lost their directions, or every now and then the wrong directions are printed on the inside of a tag. That’s why we created this “database” in case you find yourself with the wrong directions, or none whatsoever! Each mix is listed alphabetically. Apple Crisp Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. You will need:
A greased 8″ x 8″ pan
6 to 8 apples
1/3 cup soft butter or margarine
Peel , core and slice 6 to 8 apples. Place in pan.
Drizzle with:
1/4 cup honey OR maple syrup
OR 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon *cinnamon mixed together
OR 1/3 cup apple cider

Empty the contents of “Johnny Appleseed’s Apple Crisp Mix” into a medium-sized bowl and mix with a spoon. Add soft butter (or margarine) and mix until crumbly. Spread over the top of apples and bake for 40 minutes or until apples are tender.

Bean Soup Cooking Instructions
Remove seasoning pack and set aside. You will need:
2 Quarts of Water
1 teaspoon Salt*
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 Ham Hock (Optional)
1 can Stewed Tomatoes
1 large chopped Onion

Wash and sort Bountiful Beans and place in a large soup pot. Cover with water and soak overnight. Drain the beans and add the water, Ham Hock, Ham Bone, (these are optional of course!) pepper and salt. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let the mix simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until the beans are tender. Add the remaining ingredients and the “Seasoning Pack”. Simmer for another 30 minutes. If you added the Ham Hock or Ham Bone, remove it and the Bay Leaf. Remove the meat from the bone and return it to the soup. You are now ready to eat “Bountiful Bean Soup.” It is especially delicious when served with a hearty, crusty bread and a salad. Be Creative!

For Meat: Italian sausage, ground turkey, leftover chicken, turkey, (Cook all the meat before adding and do not brown previously cooked meat), meat balls, roasts, etc.
Add Vegetables: Dice some carrots, parsnips, onions, turnip, tomatoes, celery, potatoes, or any of your leftover vegetables, etc.

This soup mix is a great way to clean out your refrigerator of leftovers!

Blueberry Crisp Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. You will need:
A greased 8″ x 8″ pan
3 cups of blueberries or 1 pkg of
(16 oz) frozen blueberries
1/3 cup soft butter or margarine
2 T of lemon juice

Directions:
Arrange blueberries in pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Empty the contents of “Blueberry Crisp Mix” into a medium-sized bowl and mix with a spoon. Add soft butter (or margarine) and mix until crumbly. Spread over the top of blueberries and bake for 30 minutes or until blueberries are tender.

Cherry Crisp: Substitute 1 can of cherry pie filling for the blueberries and omit the lemon juice.

Peach Crisp: Substitute 1 can (29 oz) with sliced peaches, drained, for the blueberries and omit the lemon juice.

Bowser Bones Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. You will need:
1 egg
9 TBLS Of ONE of the following:
Bacon Grease, Solidified
Beef Drippings, Solidified
Chicken Drippings, Solidified
Solid Vegetable Shortening
1 cup Ice Water

Directions:
In a large bowl, empty the contents of “Bowser Bones” mix. Using a fork, cut in the “drippings” until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Using the fork, mix in the egg and the ice water to form a ball (like you would do if you were making pie crust). Flour surface. Pat or roll the dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with Bowser Biscuit Cutter. Gather scraps and repeat. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool. Store in air-tight container.

Broccoli & Cheese Soup Cooking Instructions
You will need:
14oz. low sodium chicken broth
1 pint heavy cream

Pour contents of jar into soup pan. Add wet ingredients. Stir until all ingredients are blended. Bring contents to a boil. Reduce heat to a low simmer for 30 minutes until veggies are tender, stirring frequently so contents do not burn. Season to taste. If soup is not thick enough, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of flour. If too thick, add additional chicken broth. Makes 4 cups.

Healthier Recipe: Use vegetable broth instead of chicken and half and half or whole or 1% milk in
place of heavy cream.

Chocolate Chip Cookies Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. You will need:
1 and 1/2 sticks Butter or Margarine (VERY SOFT)
2 Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla

Empty the jar of cookie mix into a large mixing bowl. Use the wooden spoon to mix the contents thoroughly. Add the butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix with an electric mixer until thoroughly blended and creamy. Using the wooden spoon, drop dough (approximately a rounded tablespoon full) on a lightly greased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Flatten with your palm. Bake for 10 minutes or till edges are golden brown. Remove from oven. Using a spatula, remove the cookies from the pan and place on a cooling rack.

“Chocolate” Chocolate Chip Cookies Cooking Instructions

1 TBLS. Vanilla
2 Large Eggs

Place softened butter in a large bowl. Using a mixer, beat the butter until it is really creamy and light yellow in color. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Remove bag of sprinkles and set aside. Empty the contents of the cookie mix into the mixing bowl. Mix till completely blended. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On a well-floured surface, roll the dough to 1/8″ to 1/4″ thickness. Cut with the heart cookie cutter. Gather up dough in ball and repeat process. If you don’t want to frost cookies than put sprinkles on now. Place cookies on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Remove the cookies from sheet and cool on a rack.

Frosting
1/4 cup Butter, softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla, 1 box Confectionery Sugar, sifted
4 tablespoons Milk, a little at a time
Mix the butter and vanilla in a medium-sized bowl until blended. Sift the sugar over the butter mixture. Using a mixer, blend butter and sugar together. Gradually mix in the milk until the frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency. Add red food coloring if you like. Frost cookies and apply sprinkles.

On a well-floured surface, roll the dough to 1/8″ to 1/4″ thickness. Cut with the tree cookie cutter. Gather up dough in ball and repeat process. If you don’t want to frost cookies than put sprinkles on now. Place cookies on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Remove the cookies from sheet and cool on a rack.

Frosting
1/4 cup Butter, softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla, 1 box Confectionery **Sugar, sifted

Corn Chowder Cooking Instructions
You will need:
1 quart of chicken stock
2 cups heavy cream
2 tbs flour

Place the above ingredients in a sauce pan. Pour contents of jar in pan. Mix well until all ingredients are blended. Bring to a boil being careful that it does not catch on the bottom of the pan. Bring to a simmer. Cook 20 - 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.

Healthier Recipe: Use vegetable stock in place of chicken stock. Use half and half, whole milk, or 1% milk in place of the heavy cream. NOTE: if chowder is not thick enough for you, add flour one tbs at a time. If too thick, add more stock until your reach desired consistency. Makes 6 cups.

Corn Muffins Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12 “cup” muffin tin and set aside. Pour the Corn Muffin Mix into a large bowl. Using the spoon, blend the ingredients. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine:
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil OR
3/4 cup Sour Cream

Pour the “wet” mixture into the “dry” ingredients. Mix with spoon until just blended. Pour into the prepared tin. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Spread top of Corn Muffins with softened butter.

TO MAKE BREAD: Grease a 9″x 9″ pan. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done.

Cranberry Orange Bread Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease two 9″ x 4″ loaf pans. In a medium-sized bowl, combine:
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Using a fork, mix the “wet” ingredients thoroughly. In a seperate bowl, empty the contents of “Cranberry Orange Bread” mix. Using the wooden spoon, mix the dry ingredients together. *Add the “wet” ingredients to the “dry” ingredients. Stir until just blended. Mixture will be “stiff.” Spoon into prepared pans. Bake 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 5 minutes, then remove from pan. Finish cooling on a wire rack.

Crumble Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease the bottom of a 9″ x 13″ pan. You will need:
1 cup softened butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups of fruit preserves of your *choice (raspberry, strawberry, etc.)
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (optional)

Empty the contents of “Crumble” and nuts into a large bowl and mix the ingredients thoroughly. Cut in the butter until the mix is “crumbly.” Reserve and set aside 2 cups of “Crumble” mixture. Press remaining mixture into the 9″ x 13″ pan. Place the preserves in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave them for 40 seconds. Spread the preserves over the base layer in the pan. Sprinkle with the remaining “Crumble.” Press down. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. After cooling shortly, serve warm immediately. “Crumble” is even better when served with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.

Dinner in A Jar
Cornbread Cooking Instructions
REMOVE CHILI MIX FROM JAR AND SET ASIDE!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8″ x 8″ pan and set aside. Pour the Corn Bread Mix into a large bowl. Using the spoon, blend the ingredients. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine:
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil OR
1/3 cup Sour Cream

Pour the “wet” mixture into the “dry” ingredients. Mix with spoon until just blended. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Spread top of Corn Bread with softened butter.

Chili Cooking Instructions
You will need:
2 lbs. Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
1 - 29 oz. can of either Diced or
Crushed Tomatoes
1 - 15 oz. can of Beans of your choice, drained.

In a large pot, brown the meat. Drain off the fat. Place meat back in pot. Add the Chili Mix, tomatoes, 2 cups of water and the beans. Stir till blended. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with Corn Bread, grated cheese, or chopped onions. To make the chili REALLY tasty, add 1/2 cup of “Better Than Freds…Salsa”!

Easter Bunny Sugar Cookies Cooking Instructions
You will need:
1 cup Butter, softened
1 TBLS. Vanilla
2 Large Eggs

Place softened butter in a large bowl. Using a mixer, beat the butter until it is really creamy and light yellow in color. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Remove bag of sprinkles and set aside. Empty the contents of the cookie mix into the mixing bowl. Mix till completely blended. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On a well-floured surface, roll the dough to 1/8″ to 1/4″ thickness. Cut with the bunny cookie cutter. Gather up dough in ball and repeat process. If you don’t want to frost cookies than put sprinkles on now. Place cookies on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Remove the cookies from sheet and cool on a rack.

Frosting
1/4 cup Butter, softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla, 1 box Confectionery **Sugar, sifted
4 tablespoons Milk, a little at a time
Food coloring optional

Mix the butter and vanilla in a medium-sized bowl until blended. Sift the sugar over the butter mixture. Using a mixer, blend butter and sugar together. Gradually mix in the milk until the frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency. Frost cookies and apply sprinkles.

Gingerbread People Cookies Cooking Instructions
Empty the jar of “Gingerbread People Cookie Mix” into a large bowl. Use the wooden spoon to mix the contents thoroughly. In another bowl, cream together:
1/2 cup Butter, softened
3/4 cup Molasses
1 egg

Stir the “wet ingredients” into the “dry ingredients.” The dough will be stiff. Cover and refrigerate for one hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Add additional flour if dough is too sticky. Cut with ginger people cutters or your own shapes. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. For small shapes, bake for 5 minutes. For large shapes, bake for 10 minutes. Cookies are done when the outside edges are lighty browned. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on rack.

You will need:
1 cup Butter, softened
1 TBLS. Vanilla
2 Large Eggs

Empty the contents of the cookie mix into the mixing bowl. Mix till completely blended. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On a well-floured surface, roll the dough to 1/8″ to 1/4″ thickness. Cut with the pumpkin cookie cutters. Gather up dough in ball and repeat process. If you don’t want to frost cookies than put sprinkles on now. Place cookies on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Remove the cookies from sheet and cool on a rack.

Frosting
1/4 cup Butter, softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla, 1 box Confectionery Sugar, sifted
4 tablespoons Milk, a little at a time
orange food coloring (optional)
Mix the butter and vanilla in a medium-sized bowl until blended. Sift the sugar over the butter mixture. Using a mixer, blend butter and sugar together. Gradually mix in the milk until the frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency. Frost cookies and apply sprinkles.

Magnificent Muffins Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease or spray your muffin tin. Remove the Crumb Mix and set aside. Pour the Muffin Mix into a large bowl. Using the spoon, blend the ingredients. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine:
2 eggs
1 cup flavored yoghurt or sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup fruit of your choice (blueberry, cranberry, apple, etc.)

Pour the “wet” mixture into the “dry” ingredients. Mix with spoon until just blended. Pour into the prepared pan. Follow baking instructions now, if crumb topping is not desired.

To Make Crumb Topping
Place the Crumb Mix in a small bowl and mix it up. Add 1/4 cup softened butter. Using a fork, “cut” in the butter. Sprinkle crumb mix evenly over the muffins. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Let cool for 5 minutes, then place on cooling rack.

Maple Sugar Cookies Cooking Instructions
For this recipe, you will need:
1 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoons maple flavoring
2 large eggs

Place softened butter in a large bowl. Using a mixer, beat the butter until it is very creamy and light yellow in color. Mix in the eggs and maple flaovring.*Empty the contents of the cookie mix into the mixing bowl. Mix until completely blended.*Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.*On a well-floured surface, roll the dough to 1/8″ to 1/4″ thickness. Cut with maple leaf cookie cutter. Gather up dough in a ball and repeat process. Place cookies on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Remove the cookies from sheet and cool on a rack.

Frosting
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon maple flavoring
1 box confectionery sugar, sifted
4 tablespoons milk, a little at a time
Mix the butter and maple flavoring in a medium-sized bowl until blended. Sift the sugar over the butter mixture. Using a mixer, blend butter and sugar together. Gradually mix in the milk until the frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency. Frost cookies and sprinkle with New Hampshire maple sugar.

Moose-o-licious Chocolate Chip Muffins Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray your muffin tin. Pour the muffin mix into a large bowl. Using the spoon, blend the ingredients. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine:
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Pour the “wet” mixture into the “dry” ingredients. Mix with spoon until just blended. Pour into the prepared pan. If you would like to add a crumb top, follow the instructions below. Place on muffins before you cook them. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove to cooling rack.

Crumbs (Optional)
Mix together in a small bowl:
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
Using a fork, “cut” in the butter. Sprinkle crumb mix evenly over the muffins.

Moose Sugar Cookies Cooking Instructions
To make Glass Jar Goodies’ moose sugar cookies, you will need:
1 cup Butter, softened
1 TBLS. vanilla
2 large eggs

Place softened butter in a large bowl. Using a mixer, beat the butter until it is really creamy and light yellow in color. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Empty the contents of the cookie mix into a mixing bowl. Mix until completely blended. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On a well-floured surface, roll the dough to 1/8″ to 1/4″ thickness. Cut shapes with your favorite cookie cutters. Gather up dough in ball and repeat process. Place cookies on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Remove the cookies from sheet and cool on a rack.

Frosting
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 box confectionery sugar, sifted
4 tablespoons milk, a little at a time
Mix the butter and vanilla in a medium-size bowl until blended. Sift the sugar over the butter mixture. Using a mixer, blend butter and sugar together. Gradually mix in the milk until the frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency.

Nana’s Oatmeal Cookies Cooking Instructions (for both raisin and chocolate chip)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. You will need:
3/4 cup of very soft Butter
1 Egg
2 tea. Vanilla

Empty the contents of “Nana’s Oatmeal Cookies” into a large bowl. Mix contents thoroughly. Mix in the butter until well blended. Mixture will be crumbly. Mix in the egg and vanilla. Stir until the mixture is well blended. Shape dough into balls the size of a walnut. Place on cookie sheets, (lined with parchment paper) 2 inches apart. Press down with the palm of your hand. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes on a baking sheet. Move to wire racks to finish cooling.

Peanut Butter Chip and Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Brownies
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch pan. You will need:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
4 large rggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup peanut butter

Place peanut butter and softened butter or margarine into a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until creamy. Scrape the bowl with a spatula. Add the vanilla, mix in. Add the eggs, one at a time, mix well after each addition. Empty the contents of the brownie mix into the mixing bowl. Mix until completely blended. Using a spatula, pour the brownie mix into the prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Test center with a toothpick. It should look like loose, wet crumbs. If the brownie is still “gooey,” bake for another 5 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE BROWNIES!!!

“Over the Top” Indulgence Frosting
1/4 cup Butter
2 TBLS Cocoa Powder, sifted
1 TBLS Very Hot Water
1 cup Confectioner Sugar, sifted
2 tea. Vanilla

Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan. Remove from heat. Add the cocoa and stir until blended. Add the confectionery sugar and mix thoroughly. Add the hot water and “whip” mixture with a fork until smooth and creamy. Finally, add the vanilla, then blend in. Frost the brownies and enjoy!

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease two 9″ x 4″ loaf pans. In a medium-sized bowl, combine:
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 cup cooked pumpkin

Using a fork, mix the “wet” ingredients thoroughly. In a separate bowl, empty the contents of “Pumpkin Bread.” Using the wooden spoon, mix the dry ingredients together. Add the “wet” ingredients to the “dry” ingredients. Stir until just blended. Mixture will be “stiff.” Spoon into prepared pans. Bake 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 5 minutes, then remove from pans. Finish cooling on a wire rack.

You will need:
1 cup Butter, softened
1 TBLS. Vanilla
2 Large Eggs

Place softened butter in a large bowl. Using a mixer, beat the butter until it is really creamy and light yellow in color. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Remove bag of sprinkles and set aside. Empty the contents of the cookie mix into the mixing bowl. Mix till completely blended. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On a well-floured surface, roll the dough to 1/8″ to 1/4″ thickness. Cut with the shamrock cookie cutter. Gather up dough in ball and repeat process. If you don’t want to frost cookies than put sprinkles on now. Place cookies on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Remove the cookies from sheet and cool on a rack.

Frosting
1/4 cup Butter, softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla, 1 box Confectionery **Sugar, sifted

Snowman Sugar Cookies Cooking Instructions
You will need:
1 cup Butter, softened
1 TBLS. Vanilla
2 Large Eggs

Place softened butter in a large bowl. Using a mixer, beat the butter until it is really creamy and light yellow in color. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Remove bag of sprinkles and set aside. Empty the contents of the cookie mix into the mixing bowl. Mix till completely blended. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On a well-floured surface, roll the dough to 1/8″ to 1/4″ thickness. Cut with the snowman cookie cutter. Gather up dough in ball and repeat process. If you don’t want to frost cookies than put sprinkles on now. Place cookies on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Remove the cookies from sheet and cool on a rack.

Frosting
1/4 cup Butter, softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla, 1 box Confectionery Sugar, sifted
4 tablespoons Milk, a little at a time

Stars & Stripes Cookies Cooking Instructions
To make sugar cookies, you will need:

1 tablespoons vanilla

To Die For Brownies Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 9″ x 13″ pan. You will need:
1 3/4 sticks butter or margarine
3 large eggs, broken in a small bowl
1 tablespoon vanilla

Remove the chocolate naps from the jar. Empty the bag into a microwave-safe bowl. Add the butter. Cover the bowl and microwave for 1 minute, 20 seconds. Stir until all the chips are melted. Set aside for 3 minutes. Add the vanilla. Scrape the chocolate mixture into the mixing bowl. With the mixer on medium speed, add one egg at a time, blending until creamy after each addition. The mixture should look shiny and smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Using a spatula, pour the brownie mix into the prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Test center with a toothpick. It should look like loose, wet crumbs. If the brownie is still “gooey” bake for another 5 minutes. The center should rise up a bit. DO NOT OVERBAKE!!!

Uncle Jim’s Stirling Oatmeal Raisin Scones Cooking Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a cookie sheet. You can use a baking stone if you have one. You will need:
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/3 cup buttermilk

Empty the contents of “Uncle Jim’s Scones” into a large mixing bowl. Mix the contents until well blended. Slice the butter into 8 pieces over the dry ingredients. Using either a pastry blender, fork, or your hands, mix the butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Pour the buttermilk over the top of the dry mix. Mix the ingredients together until they are evenly moist. On a floured surface, knead the scone mix 7 to 10 times. Place dough on the prepared sheet and pat into an 9″ circle. Brush with milk. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool. Slice into 6 or 8 pieces.

Veggie Soup Cooking Instructions
You will need:
1 quart of vegetable stock
1 27 oz can of diced tomatoes with Italian seasonings.

Pour contents of jar in soup pan. Stir until all ingredients are blended. Add the liquid ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat until it simmers. Simmer until all veggies are tender about 30 minutes Season to taste. If too thick, add additional stock. Add Ins: Pre-cooked chicken or turkey pieces.

White Chocolate Razzleberry Cookies Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. You will need:
1 and 1/2 sticks butter VERY SOFT
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

Empty the jar of cookie mix into a large mixing bowl. Use the wooden spoon to mix the contents thoroughly. Add the butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix with an electric mixer until thoroughly blended and creamy. Using the wooden spoon, drop dough (approximately a rounded tablespoonful) on a lightly greased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Flatten with your palm. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from oven. Using a spatula, remove the cookies from the pan and place on a cooling rack.

White Chocolate Razzleberry Muffins Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease or spray your muffin tin. Pour the muffin mix into a large bowl. Using the spoon, blend the ingredients. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine:
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Pour the “wet” mixture into the “dry” ingredients. Mix with a spoon until just blended. Pour into the prepared pan. If you would like to add a crumb top, follow the instructions below. Place on muffins before you cook them. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Let cool for 5 minutes then move to a cooling rack.

Crumbs (Optional)
Mix together in a small bowl:
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
Using a fork, “cut” in the butter. Sprinkle crumb mix evenly over the muffins.

Yummy Chocolate Cake Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 10″ layer pan. In a bowl, using a fork, blend together:
1 1/2 cups water
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoon white vinegar

Empty the contents of “Yummy Chocolate Cake” into the liquid mixture in the bowl. Mix thoroughly with a fork. Pour into the prepared pan. Place in preheated oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick placed in the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.

FOR FAT-FREE CAKE: Use 1/3 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt in place of the oil.
FOR A RICH, TASTY CAKE: Replace the water with 1 cup of cold, flavored coffee. (Hazelnut is our favorite!)

Yummy Chocolate Frosting
1/2 stick butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder, sifted
1 tablespoon very hot water
1 cup confectionery sugar, sifted
2 teaspoons vanilla
Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan. Remove from heat. Add the cocoa and stir until blended. Add the confectionery sugar and mix thoroughly. Add the hot h\water and “whip” it with a fork until smooth and creamy. Finally, add the vanilla, then blend in. Frost the cake and enjoy!

Zoop Soup Cooking Instructions
Remove macaroni and set aside. In a large soup pot, brown, then drain one pound of ground beef (optional). Return meat to pot. Add 12 cups of water to pot and the remaining contents of jar. Stir to blend. Let contents come to a boil and let simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occationally. Cook until contents are “soft.” Add the macaroni and simmer for 12 minutes more. If desired, follow the directions on the opposite page to add meat and/or vegetables during cooking!

Be Creative!
Add Meat: Italian sausage, ground turkey, leftover chicken, turkey, (do not brown previously cooked meat), meat balls, roasts, etc.
Add Vegetables: Dice some carrots, parsnips, onions, turnip, tomatoes, celery, potatoes, or any of your leftover vegetables, etc.

This soup mix is a great way to clean out your refrigerator of leftovers!
